This website is operated by King Thong ("King Thong", "we", "us" or "our"), located at 19275 NW 27th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33056, United States. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our products
Our pieces are designed by King Thong and produced in our own atelier. Many are handmade and hand-finished, so small variations in color, finish and crystal placement are part of each piece and are not considered defects. Colors may look slightly different on screen depending on your device.
Our pieces are one size with adjustable fit. Measurements are listed on each product page; please review them before ordering.
4. Ready to Ship and Made to Order
Ready to Ship pieces are in stock and ship within 1 business day. Made to Order pieces are produced individually after your purchase, in the design, color and finish you choose, and ship within 30 business days. Made to Order orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after that, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Final sale
Because our pieces are intimate apparel and swimwear, all sales are final. Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Pay-in-installments options are provided by third parties under their own terms.
7. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with suspected fraud, or orders affected by a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
8. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, availability and prices accurate. Errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and update information at any time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, logos, text and content on this website belong to King Thong and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Wholesale
Wholesale purchases are handled separately through kingthongwholesale.com and may be subject to different terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Thong is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
