Refund policy
All sales are final
King Thong pieces are intimate apparel and swimwear. For hygiene reasons, and because many of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, fit, size or color preference.
Our pieces are one size and come with adjusters, so you can tailor the fit to your body. Please review the measurements on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about fit, email us at Kingthong.us@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll be happy to help you choose.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- Email us at Kingthong.us@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, send you a prepaid return label.
- Return the item unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.
If the same design or color is no longer available, you may choose another design of equal value or receive a full refund to your original payment method.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items sent back without prior approval from our team.
- Normal wear of crystals and embellishments from use.
- Small variations in color or crystal placement, which are part of every handmade piece.
Order cancellations
- Ready to Ship orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped.
- Made to Order orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, the piece is already being made for you and the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, email us at Kingthong.us@gmail.com with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refunds
When a refund applies (an approved cancellation, or a replacement that is no longer available), it is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
