All orders ship from Miami Gardens, Florida.

Processing time

  • Ready to Ship: orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Made to Order: each piece is crafted for you and ships within 30 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and Made to Order pieces, the full order ships together once every piece is ready. If you'd like your Ready to Ship pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Shipping within the United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Orders under $100: shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Customs processing may add time to delivery, and King Thong is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to change it, email us at Kingthong.us@gmail.com within 12 hours of your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. King Thong is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
